These terms apply to condorpmv.com (the “site”), the videos, music and funscripts published on it, custom commissions, and the Condor PMV Maker desktop app (together, the “services”). The services are run by [legal name or business name] (“Condor PMV”, “I”, “me”). By using any of them you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
The site contains sexually explicit material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live, and if viewing adult material is legal where you are. Don't let minors access the site or anything downloaded from it. If I learn that someone under 18 has used the services, I'll stop working with them and delete what I hold about them.

Unless noted otherwise, the edits, original music and funscripts on the site are my own work. Footage in the videos belongs to its respective owners. When you view or download something, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its funscript for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.

Some downloads are locked and open with a password available to supporters on Patreon. Memberships, billing, cancellations and refunds for Patreon are handled by Patreon under its own terms, not by this site. Passwords are for your personal use only and may be changed at any time. Access to any particular release isn't guaranteed to last forever — releases can be updated, re-locked or taken down (for example after a takedown request).
Commissions are arranged individually by email, at CondorPMV@gmail.com. The details we agree by email — what's included, price, add-ons and delivery date — form the agreement for that commission, alongside these terms.
I may decline any commission request, for any reason, and will refund any payment made for a request I decline.
I won't accept requests, or material supplied with them, that involve:
Material in any of these categories will be deleted and, where the law requires, reported.
If you're given access to the Condor PMV Maker app, you may install and use it for your own editing. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or resell the app, or remove its notices. Beyond that, these points apply:
Don't try to get around the age gate, download passwords or rate limits; don't probe, attack or overload the site; and don't use the services to break the law or anyone's rights. I may block access for anyone who does.
If you own rights in something on the site, or appear in something on it, and want it removed, email CondorPMV@gmail.com with:

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. I don't promise that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Funscripts are entertainment content: use devices safely and according to their manufacturers' instructions.
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the services. My total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; they never limit rights you have under law that can't be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [county / region], except where your local consumer law says otherwise. Before anything formal, please email me — most problems can be sorted out quickly.
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, I'll make it noticeable on the site. Using the services after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
